Our experience with WestStar Roofing has been smooth. The 5 star reviews written previously are absolutely correct. We kept Weststar's card and following Hurricane Milton contacted them. We also contacted other companies, some were after a quick payout and others were too corporate for us. We felt we were in good hands with Scott at Weststar. This is mainly becuase he was the only one who actually inspected the roof by climbing up to it. We understand Scott has been in the roofing business since his early teens and coupled with his insurance adjuster experience, he quickly addressed all our concerns. Once our insurance approved the roof, in less than a couple of weeks we had a brand new roof. Everything happened as Weststar told us it would happen. We can only say positive things about our experience.
